Spokane Downtown Parking Meters from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday

The City of Spokane provides the following guidelines for plugging city parking meters:

"8am to 7pm, [Mon-Sat], except ...New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and on the Monday following, or the Friday preceding said holidays where designated a national holiday for observance."
